Terms for a CRM for contractors

Trades Lead CRM is a browser app that talks to Google Sheets with your Google account. You keep ownership of your Sheet and the contacts in it.

The free tier lets you move 2 leads through pipeline stages. There is no free trial. After that you need a paid subscription. Price is one flat amount per Google account for your whole crew, not per user. Current list prices are $19 per month or $190 per year and can change.

You are responsible for call, text, and email rules in your area, including consent. The app blocks some contact actions based on fields in your Sheet. It does not replace legal advice.

We may suspend access if Google or Stripe revoke credentials, or if the product is abused. Disconnecting Google from the app deletes the server session we hold for you.
